Hi, I’m Emily—the designer behind Scottie & Co. Interiors. I’ve always believed that your home should feel like a reflection of you: layered, meaningful, and full of life. That belief is what led me to interior design, and it’s still at the heart of everything I do today.

I grew up by the coast and have lived throughout the Southeast, which gave me a deep appreciation for all kinds of design styles—from charming and traditional to bold and eclectic. That mix of influences shows up in my work through unexpected color, texture, antiques, and thoughtful details that make a space feel collected and personal.

I studied Interior Design at Mississippi College and started working in residential design in 2019. Since then, I’ve helped families design custom homes, tackle major remodels, and reimagine the spaces they live in every day. My approach is rooted in listening first—getting to know what you love, how you live, and what kind of space truly feels like home to you.

I love mixing the old with the new, creating rooms that feel layered, soulful, and a little unexpected. Whether that means a peaceful neutral palette or a bold pattern moment, I believe great design isn’t about following trends—it’s about telling your story.
